Construction activities begin on the new student residence hall.
Construction activities are set to begin on June 1, 2022. Installation of sidewalk sheds and overhead protection at neighboring properties will begin in June 2022. Abatement of the existing structure will commence in late June 2022.
For the duration of the project, the parking lane and a portion of the road on E 74th Street fronting the project and up to 20 feet west of the property line will be closed. In addition, the parking lane on York Avenue fronting the project and up to 20 feet north of the property line will also be closed.
